Getting Started
Step one : Phone Consultation
We’ll discuss your event as well as your likes & dislikes, any food allergies / sensitivities and the occasion for your chef service. I will also ask a few questions regarding your kitchen and equipment in order to ensure I have everything I need to execute our vision.
Step two : Menu Planning
I will send you some menu options that are unique, seasonal and exciting based on our discussion. Once you look over these options, we will review them together and I will answer any questions you may have, and we can finalize that evenings menu.
Step three : Book a Date
We will be happy to reserve the date for your event or chef's dinner and then a deposit will be required.
Step four : Let’s Celebrate!
We will personally source the best ingredients the Hudson Valley has to offer. Our chef will arrive at your home ready to make a wonderful meal and ensure that your evening is memorable!
